The Finance Department encompasses all aspects of school and district financial management. These Include:

• Budgeting (Budget Information Page)

• Enrollment projection

• Accounting

• Payroll

• Employee reimbursements (Travel&Mileage)

• Accounts payable and receivable

• Purchasing

• Inventory control / Asset management

• Risk management

• Construction management.

The Burlington-Edison School District has completed the 2023-2024 budget and placed it on file in the school district administration office. A copy thereof will be furnished to any person who calls upon the district for it. The board of directors will meet in the district board room on August 28, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.for the purpose of fixing and adopting the budget for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. Any person may appear thereat and be heard for or against any part of such budget.
