Items you will need to register new students

• The child’s passport or birth certificate

• Proof of home address dated within two months.

If your current living arrangement is temporary due to economic hardship or loss of housing, please email McKinney Vento or by phone at 757-3311 before completing online registration. 

• Child’s immunization (shots) record

Please do one of the following to submit the required documents:

District Office K-8th 

✅ For K-8 Enrollment

• Upload the required documents online during the enrollment process.

• Scan and email copies to Fran Gonzalez.  

• Mail or drop off copies to the District Office located at 927 E. Fairhaven Ave. 

B-EHS 9-12th 

✅ B-E High School Enrollment (High School / Counseling Office)

If you PREVIOUSLY had a student(s) enrolled at B-ESD and are re-enrolling into our district, please get in touch with Kris Schimke, Skyward Manager, at 360-757-3355 or kschimke@be.wednet.edu or call Fran Gonzalez at 360-757-3311 Ext. 1019 or fgonzalez@be.wednet.edu to obtain your username and password. After obtaining your Username and Password, Click the Skyward Family Access button to begin re-enrollment.
