Documents Required for New Student Registration

1. Child's Identification: A copy of the child's passport or birth certificate.

2. Immunization Records: The child's vaccination record.

3. Proof of Residency: A document displaying your current home address, dated within the last two months.

Temporary Living Arrangements: If your housing situation is temporary due to economic hardship or loss of housing, please contact the McKinney Vento Laison by email at McKinney-Vento@be.wednet.edu or 757-3311 before completing the online registration process.

Instructions for Document Submission:

✅ For PK-8 Enrollment (Preschool is available only if you have previously discussed developmental concerns with Amy McMahon.)

• Uploading them online.

• Scanning and emailing copies to Fran Gonzalez.

• Mailing or delivering copies in person to the District Office at 927 E. Fairhaven Ave.

✅ B-E High School Enrollment (High School / Counseling Office)

Vicky Ibarra, Administrative Assistant, 301 N Burlington Blvd, Burlington, WA, or you can scan or email documents to Vicky Ibarra.

If you don't have an email, click the checkbox ✅  I DON’T HAVE AN EMAIL to receive your 5-digit password. Click on the New Family button to begin the enrollment process: 

💬 PLEASE NOTE: Please use your Family Access login information and click on New Student Enrollment to begin the registration process. If you PREVIOUSLY had a student(s) enrolled at B-ESD and are re-enrolling into our district, please get in touch with Kris Schimke, Skyward Manager, at 360-757-3355 or kschimke@be.wednet.edu or call Fran Gonzalez at 360-757-3311 Ext. 1019 or fgonzalez@be.wednet.edu to obtain your username and password. After obtaining your Username and Password, Click the Skyward Family Access button to begin re-enrollment.
