Our mission is to develop servant leaders through the total concept of service and citizenship. Our curriculum emphasizes leadership development, maritime heritage, the significance of sea power, fundamentals of naval operations, seamanship, naval aviation, navigation and meteorology. Classroom instruction is augmented throughout the year by community service activities, drill competition, field meets, flights, sail training, and visits to various military activities.

Our cadets are challenged to achieve their personal best in everything they do. The company's many accomplishments, and the accolades received from local and state organizations are testimony to their skill and dedication.
