District staff may contact the WESPaC helpdesk between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for support. In the case of a system emergency outside of these hours please contact the Technology Director at extension 3379.
WESPaC is a student information system used by the district.
Teachers use the system via the Educator Access Plus login page to take attendance, run reports and enter grades.
Administrative Assistants at the schools log into a Citrix Web Interface and use WESPaC to perform student record maintenance.
Administrators also log into the Citrix Web Interface and use WESPaC to view records and print reports.
Parents or guardians of high school students may log into Family Access to view attendance records, schedules, and grades.
