Welcome to the Burlington-Edison School District technology department helpdesk. The helpdesk is available from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

District staff may contact the helpdesk with a troubleshooting question. Staff may also contact the helpdesk to have an item added to a campus work list.

The technology department maintains a work list of tasks for each campus. These tasks are assigned to a technician to be completed during scheduled campus visits.
