Albert "Bo" Campbell
Wrestling Coach 1954-71; Inducted 2006.
Intercollegiate Wrestling Champion at University of Illinois in 1928.
Coached at Chimacum, Fife, Zillah, and Sedro Woolley High Schools.
Coached football, baseball, and basketball in addition to wrestling.
Won AAU Wrestling team title at Fife in 1935.
Won State Wrestling Title at Sedro Woolley in 1953.
One of the "Founding Fathers" of high school wrestling in
Skagity County.
At B-E was assistant coach to Glenn Rickert in football.
B-E teams placed top 3 in league 14 out of 17 years.
Teams placed 4th or better in state 12 out 17 years.
2nd in State Wrestling 1963.

Ted Whan
Cross Country and Track and Field Coach 1956-82. Inducted
2006.
Ran at Western Washington University winning 4 NAIA titles and placing
in national meet twice. WWU Athlete of the year.
The original track around Kirkby Field was dug and measured by Coach
Whan and his athletes.
Started the cross country program at BEHS in 1956.
In Cross Country coached 9 County Champions;4 NWL Champions; 4 District
Champions and 6 top 10 State Placers.
In Track and Field coached over 100 county champions; 50 NWL Championships;
25 District Champions; and 4 State Champions.
Cross Country Teams won 6 County Championships; 3 NWL Championships;
3 District Championships and 8 top 10 state finishes.
Coached State Cross Country Champions in 1967.
Track and Field Teams won 12 County Championships; 6 NWL Championships;
4 District Championships; and 2 Top 10 state finishes.
