Wrestled at Washington State University.
Undefeated Freshman and Sophomore Seasons at WSU.
Lead Cougars to Big 6 Championship in 1963.
Coached Wrestling at Meadowdale High School for 30 years.
Compiled a Record of 265-111-1.
Teams Won 1984 and 1985 State Championships.
Was “AAA” Coach of the Year in 1982.
Officiated for 25 Years.
Elected to Washington State Wrestling Coaches Hall of Fame.

Personal: After retirement, became a wrestling offical for 12 years in Skagit County. Was presented the Bo Campbell/Ken Driskell/Paul Rieman award by Skagit Co. Wrestling Officals Assoc. for contributions to the wrestling community. One of 5 men to start a KIDS wrestling program in edmonds and servered as a coach and advisor for 20 years. Married for 43 years to Helen (Potter) Cook (B-E '59). Son Scott HS state now a HS wrestling and youth coach in Kuna, ID. Son brad won state championships and wrestled at WSU and Boise State.

B-E Memory: Influenced by 3 teachers and coaches. Bo Campbell, Hank Entriken, and Glenn Rickert all taught me commitment to school, wrestling, career and family. By seeing that I went to College, they allowed me the opportunity to touch the lives of so many young people.
