Medications at School

If your son/daughter needs any medication, including over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol and Ibuprofen, they must have a parent/physician signed form completed. We ask that parents bring certain medications such as Ritalin, Adderol, Codeine, etc. directly to the health assistant/nurse in the athletic office.

I encourage students with Migraines to have medication at school to take immediately to help them get through the day. Those who have asthma I encourage them to have their inhalers with them at all times and again, they should have a parent/physician signed form. These forms can be picked up in the Athletic office and are required by law before we can dispense medication to any student in school.

If you have any questions, please call me @ 757-4074, ext. 3507.
