As District Nurse for the Burlington-Edison School District, I serve all five elementaries, pre-school/Headstart, as well as Burlington-Edison High School.

I supervise and train the health assistants at each school to provide direct care to our students. Also of importance is educating staff about their students who might have diabetes, sever allergies, asthma, seizures, and other health conditions. My role involves meeting with parents and staff to plan care and develop and Individualized Care Plan for each of these students.
