NEW AND RE-ENTRY STUDENTS WILL BE ASKED TO MEET WITH ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING STAFF MEMBERS:

_____ If the student is in Special Education, please make an
appointment with Mrs. VanderVeen, 757-4074 ext: 3503.
Then Dr. Wittman, 757-4074 ext: 3117 ( in the counseling office)

• Copy of last school’s withdrawal form
• Copy of transcript (incoming 9th graders do not have transcripts)
• Copy of 7th and/or 10th grade WASL scores (from Washington State Schools)
• Copy of Immunization records (showing parent/guardian signature)
• Completed & signed registration form (yellow copy)

Please bring in your paperwork prior to your appointment so we can verify the necessary information. You can ask your previous school to fax/send the unofficial records to:
