Library Idea of the Week

Colleagues, I am reaching the end of the year, when I grasp desperately for ideas to share with you, dazed as I am by the sunny approach of summer and the many hours I will spend lolling around in the sun reading. Here it is, literally the bottom drawer: my bulletin board ideas.

I usually set up a set of hanging file folders at the beginning of the year with about 12-15 bulletin board ideas and then add things to them as the year progresses, so there is a lot of material (including letters cut out) in advance. I just have one bulletin board, which makes it easier.

Here are the folders/bulletin boards for next year (NOT in order that I plan to use them). All displays are on a bulletin board above an empty bookcase, which I fill with books matching the theme.
