FOR LIFE (10-12)
Length: 2 Semesters
Prerequisite: Passing grade in Physical Education 9 or Weight Training 9
This
class provides the students the opportunity to participate in team and individual
sports, and focus on advanced skill development. Students will participate in
competitive team and individual sport activities. They will also be involved
in tournament play in these activities. Cardiovascular conditioning and exercise
will be a part of each day’s daily activity. Grading in this class will
be calculated as 50% participation, 40% skill evaluation, and 10% running. Criteria
for participation include: attitude, effort, assignments, tests, and written
work.
