EDUCATION 9 (9)

Required for 9th graders unless taking Weight Training 9
This
class is devoted to the skills and techniques of team and individual sports,
which may include speedball, Frisbee and nerf football, volleyball, basketball,
tennis, pickle ball, rope skipping, badminton, soccer and softball. Cardiovascular
conditioning and exercise will be a part of each day’s daily activity.
This class will have activity 4 days per week and participate in a conditioning
activity 1 day per week. Grading in this class is based on participation, conditioning,
attitude, effort, assignments, tests and written work.
