FITNESS
AND WEIGHT TRAINING (10-12)
Length: 2 Semesters
Prerequisite: Passing grade in Physical Education 9 or Weight Training 9
This
class is designed for those sophomore, junior and senior students who are interested
in improving their muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and overall
fitness level. The class will consist of weight lifting 2 days a week with alternating
days of conditioning activities. Grading is based on participation, conditioning,
attitude, effort, tests and written work. This class may be repeated for credit.
