FCCLA is a club that helps students learn and develop real
world skills and talents. Whether they are just entering the
work force directly after high school or going to college.
With the guidance and inspiration of teachers and/or advisors. Members of the FCCLA
club grow into well-rounded young adults through: Exciting, well planned activities, an emphasis on family and community service, recognition of student achievement, and
career development. This club helps students get prepared for adult life. The main skills that FCCLA helps them develop
is family, community, career, and leadership skills. The family skills they will need as adults include:valuable communication skills; balancing family and career; parenting; consumerism; civic responsibility; and much, much more. FCCLA also helps students understand the impact of the decisions they make and how they will effect on their future careers.
