Junior Job Shadow

A job shadow will give you a chance to learn about what someone actually does in a job that is of interest to you. Job shadows will provide you with an opportunity to see the kinds of jobs that exist in your career pathway.

What is a job shadow?
Your job shadow will involve a three hour ovserving of one or more people while they work at their jobs. Your goal will be to learn as much as possible by asking questions and taking notes.

What's in it for me?

  • You see first hand what really goes on in the work place
  • You will understand what is needed to get different jobs
  • You will learn part of the process of career exploration
  • You will have fun!
