English 10B is a writing and speech class. Students who take 10B at Burlington-Edison High School have many opportunities to express their ideas verbally and in writing. In this online format, you will do quite a bit of writing and less public speaking. You will watch great speeches, however, and learn about good speaking skills. This will be useful to you when you give your portfolio presentation at the end of your Junior and Senior years.
