Assessment Checklist:
• A checklist is included to record information on observations about student progress. The first checklist provides a space to record scores on content knowledge ( ü , +, or-) and the second checklist provides a space to record progress throughout the Science module as they conduct the investigation and build explanations (these copies are included in the Assessment Duplication Masters section and notes for directions are on pages 1-3 of the Assessment section)
Narrative Report:
• This report may be sent home or passed on to the next teacher to provide information on student learning (copies are provided in the Assessment Duplication Masters section of the binder) |
